Again, this season there will be a timed distance running requirement and a weight lifting requirement.
Players will be timed in a 2 mile run and will be measure in their ability to bench press their body weight.
All players will be required to meet these minimums before participating in any game or scrimmage.
The requirements, which are tiered by the grade of the player, are as follows:
